How do I get support?+

Email hello@hubwho.com for any question — typical response within one business day. Growth tier and above get priority email support; Scale and Enterprise add Slack channel + dedicated account manager.

Where do I report a bug?+

Email hello@hubwho.com with steps to reproduce, the affected tenant, and a timestamp. Bugs touching billing or money flow are treated as P0 and get acknowledged within an hour during business hours.

Can you help me migrate from Vendasta's billing?+

Yes — Scale tier includes white-glove migration. We export your existing Vendasta billing data, map it to HubWho clients and subscriptions, and run a parallel cycle for one month so nothing slips.
