We started HubWho because every Vendasta-resell agency we talked to was running their billing operation in spreadsheets, Stripe dashboards, and Vendasta's billing tab — none of which talk to each other.
HubWho is a product of Roffik Software. Roffik builds software for service businesses — including SalesThumb (operations for tint, detail, and PPF shops) and AviationAlley (training-center management for FAA Part 142 schools).
Why we built it
Vendasta is a remarkable platform for delivering marketing services at scale. But the agencies reselling those services need a layer on top — recurring billing through their own merchant account, real-time per-client gross margin, dunning that fits how they work, and a customer portal under their own brand. Vendasta's built-in billing covers the basics; HubWho is what an agency builds on top of it once they care about margin.
How we're different
- HubWho never takes a cut of your payment volume — agencies pay a flat HubWho subscription and end-client money flows directly to your merchant account.
- Bring your own merchant account: Stripe Connect for instant onboarding, or a direct merchant via Authorize.net for lower rates once underwritten.
- Per-client gross margin (Vendasta wholesale cost vs. your retail price) is a first-class number on every dashboard and report.
- The customer portal is fully your brand, optionally on your own subdomain.
