HubWho
Launching Q4 2026 — AI for agencies

An AI layer that does the busywork for you.

HubWho already runs your billing, payments, and reporting. The AI layer reads all of it and hands back the parts you'd rather not do — what to chase today, how each client's SEO is trending, and a first draft of the next proposal.

AI Daily Brief

Your morning to-do list, written for you.

Every morning HubWho reads your whole book — overdue invoices, at-risk clients, expiring cards, slipping SEO — and ranks the top three things that actually need you today. No dashboard-staring.

  • Ranked by urgency, built from real billing + KPI signals
  • Skips the noise — only what needs a decision today
  • Runs on HubWho's managed AI or your own Anthropic key

Your AI daily brief

Good morning, Sam — here's Wednesday.

You've got 3 things that need you today.

  • 1

    Chase 3 overdue invoices

$3,140 past due — send reminders before it ages.

  • 2

    Fix 2 expiring cards

Two clients' cards expire soon — ask them to update.

  • 3

    Review SEO for 1 client

Rankings slipped vs last period — get ahead of the call.

AI SEO insights

SEMrush & Search Console, turned into client-ready insights.

Connect SEMrush and Google Search Console once. HubWho pulls each client's rankings, traffic, backlinks, and Authority Score, then writes a plain-English summary with a suggested next move — ready to drop into a report.

  • Rankings, traffic, backlinks + Authority Score per client
  • AI summary with a concrete recommendation
  • Clients whose SEO slipped surface in your daily brief

Strong month — visibility is up and traffic climbed 14%. One thing to watch: average position slipped slightly. Suggested move: refresh the two pages that lost rankings.

How it works

1

Connect your data

Vendasta, your merchant account, and (optionally) SEMrush + Search Console. The AI reads aggregate signals — never raw client rows.

2

AI does the busywork

Daily briefs, SEO summaries, dunning copy, and proposals are drafted automatically. Every output has a deterministic fallback if AI is off.

3

You stay in control

Per-feature toggles, a monthly spend cap, and a kill switch. Review anything client-facing before it sends.

Questions

Do you train on our data?
No. We send aggregate numbers — counts and totals — never raw client records, and free-form context is run through a PII redactor before any model call.
Can we use our own AI account?
Yes. Run on HubWho's managed key (metered + capped) or bring your own Anthropic key in Settings → AI — your cost, no platform cap.
What if the AI is wrong or unavailable?
Every AI feature has a deterministic, non-AI fallback. If the model errors, is slow, or you've turned it off, the feature still works and ships valid copy.

See it on your own agency.
