A portal your clients see — and your name is on every screen.

Customer portal FAQ
What can my clients do in the portal?+
View open invoices and statements, pay invoices by saved card or ACH, set up autopay, see live KPI snapshots from your connected platforms, download payment receipts, and update their billing contact info.
Is the portal really white-labeled?+
Yes — your logo, your brand colors, your support email, and your tenant name on every page. Today clients reach it at app.hubwho.com/portal/<your-slug>; the HubWho name is out of the page content itself, but the URL is still on the hubwho.com domain until custom-domain routing (below) ships.
Can I use my own domain?+
You can connect one now — point a CNAME from portal.youragency.com to HubWho and we'll provision an SSL cert automatically (Growth tier and above). Routing your clients to their branded portal on that domain is rolling out next; until then, they'll keep using the app.hubwho.com/portal link even after you've connected your domain.
How do clients log in?+
Magic link via email by default — no passwords to manage. Optional password login for clients who prefer it. Sessions are scoped per client.
Can clients pay without logging in?+
Yes — every invoice email contains a hosted-invoice link that opens a payment page without requiring login. Useful for one-off invoices or first-time clients.
