  1. Feature

    Workflow automations + Slack + Twilio + tax engine

    Build 'when X happens, do Y' rules without code. Connect a Slack workspace and pipe events straight to a channel. Twilio config lets dunning emails also send SMS. Tax engine adds a Stripe Tax integration plus static US/EU rate fallback.

    Plus refunds/disputes UI, GDPR data export + deletion, and rate limiting on every public endpoint. Real production hardening this round.

  2. Feature

    Quotes, packages, lead capture

    Build branded proposals with bundled Vendasta packages. Send a public-link quote that converts a prospect into active subscriptions on accept. Public lead capture form drops new prospects + a draft quote into the agency's pipeline.

  3. Improvement

    Reports: forecast + retention + P&L + cash flow

    MRR forecast projects 12 months out at the historical churn rate. Revenue retention shows a quarterly cohort heat-map. P&L summarizes 6 months of revenue/COGS/OpEx. Cash flow projection groups open invoices into expected weeks of payment.

  4. Feature

    Notifications inbox + Cmd-K palette + onboarding tour

    Topbar bell surfaces past-due invoices, failed payments, at-risk clients, and trial-ending subscriptions. ⌘K opens a universal launcher across search + nav + quick actions. First-time agency owners get a 5-step coachmark tour on the dashboard.

  5. Improvement

    Customer portal: statements + active services

    End-clients can download a YTD statement PDF from the portal. The dashboard shows their active services with next-invoice dates. New /portal/services page lets them request pause/cancel without an agency login.
