The HubWho demo script

Step-by-step. The opening question + screen-share sequence + voiceover for each step. Read it once before a call; reference it live the first few times.

1

Opening question (don't share screen yet)

2 min
Action

Camera + mic on. Don't share screen. Ask the question + listen for 90 seconds.

Say something like
Before I show anything, can you walk me through how you're tracking gross margin per client today? Spreadsheet, BI tool, gut feel? I want to make sure I'm showing you something useful, not just demo-ware.
2

Their answer dictates which view you open first

1 min
Action

Spreadsheet → open /reports/vendasta. BI tool → open /reports/app. 'We don't' → open /reports/vendasta + sort by margin asc.

Say something like
Cool — let me show you what this looks like on real data. This is a HubWho instance with the demo agency loaded; 37 clients across 5 stages.
3

Show the margin dashboard

3 min
Action

Open /reports/vendasta. Sort by margin descending. Scroll to bottom — point at the 5 lowest-margin clients.

Say something like
Every Vendasta agency has 3-8 clients in this bottom slice. Either Vendasta raised wholesale and you didn't catch it, or you priced wrong on the way in. Surfacing these on Monday morning vs. discovering them in a spreadsheet on the 15th is the difference.
4

Show the customer portal

3 min
Action

Open /portal in a separate tab (use the demo tenant's portal URL). Show invoices + statements + saved payment methods.

Say something like
This is what your clients see. Branded under your domain, your logo, your colors. They can update their card, see paid + open invoices, download statements, request a pause or cancellation — all without emailing your team. The 'why was I charged' question disappears.
5

Show invoicing flow

3 min
Action

Open /invoices/new. Add a line item from a Vendasta product (e.g. Reputation Mgmt $99). Show the auto-computed margin.

Say something like
Creating an invoice pulls from your Vendasta catalog automatically. Set retail; HubWho already knows your wholesale. The margin is computed line-by-line so you see it before you send. Auto-draft on due date is one toggle.
6

Show the integrations marketplace

2 min
Action

Open /settings/integrations. Show Vendasta (connected), GoHighLevel (beta), HubSpot (beta), BirdEye + Yext (beta).

Say something like
If you ever decide to add GoHighLevel or HubSpot to your stack, the connect path is the same. Standalone mode is supported too — you don't NEED a marketing platform integration if you'd rather add products manually.
7

Address pricing + migration

2 min
Action

Open /pricing in a tab. Don't dwell — keep it short.

Say something like
Pricing is flat $29-$249/mo based on your active-client count. No per-transaction overhead on top of your processor. Migration off Vendasta billing is sequenced: you keep fulfillment in Vendasta, just shift end-client billing to HubWho. Average migration is 5 hours of focused work over a week.
8

The close

2 min
Action

Stop sharing. Ask: 'what would need to be true for you to try this in the next 14 days?'

Say something like
I won't push. If this isn't a fit right now, I'd rather know. But if the margin dashboard alone is interesting, the 14-day trial requires no card. You'd connect Vendasta, sync runs in 5 minutes, and tomorrow morning you have the report. Want me to send the signup link?
