HubWho vs Vendasta's built-in billing
HubWho doesn't replace Vendasta — it sits on top. Vendasta still fulfills the marketing services. HubWho is the billing, invoicing, ACH, customer portal, and margin-reporting layer that Vendasta's built-in tooling doesn't fully cover.

Common questions
Are you replacing Vendasta?+
No — HubWho is built specifically for agencies that already use Vendasta. We're the billing, invoicing, ACH, customer portal, and margin-reporting layer that sits on top of your Vendasta partner account. Vendasta still does the actual marketing service fulfillment.
Why not just use Vendasta's built-in billing?+
Two reasons: (1) Vendasta's billing routes payments through their merchant infrastructure, which means a built-in processing margin you don't see directly; (2) it doesn't surface per-client gross margin (your retail charge minus their wholesale cost) in real time. HubWho fixes both.
Can I keep using Vendasta's billing for some clients and HubWho for others?+
Yes — there's no exclusivity. You can migrate clients one at a time. Most agencies start with their largest accounts on HubWho first because that's where the margin gains are biggest.
Does using HubWho change how my Vendasta partner account works?+
No. We connect read-only and write-narrow via the Partner API — the only writes we make are pause/resume of provisioning on delinquency, and only when you've enabled that. Your Vendasta partner center keeps working exactly as it does today.
